Responsibilities:
Provide excellent front line customer service
Perform administrative duties and data entry regarding YMCA memberships and programs
Assure that members and guests understand and follow all YMCA rules, policies and procedures.
Model the Y focus areas: healthy living, youth development, and social responsibility.
At all times, be professional, friendly and helpful.
Starting rate:
8.50/hr
Experience Required:
High School Diploma
Customer Service Experience
Computer Applications Proficiency
Preferred:
Previous Sales Experience
Microsoft Office Familiarity
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Certifications Required:
Adult/Infant/Child CPR/AED
First Aid
