We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team.
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various landscaping and groundskeeping projects.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers and groundskeepers - Plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks and projects - Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards - Provide guidance and training to team members as needed - Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences - Design and build landscapes, including planting, hardscaping, and irrigation systems - Perform tree care tasks such as pruning, trimming, and removal - Maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas - Monitor equipment inventory and coordinate maintenance and repairs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Knowledge of landscape design principles and techniques - Proficient in operating landscaping equipment and tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Skills:
- Landscape maintenance - Garden design and implementation - Leadership abilities - Construction skills for building hardscapes - Supervising teams of landscapers or groundskeepers - Irrigation system installation and maintenance - Tree care including pruning, trimming, and removal - Groundskeeping duties such as mowing, edging, weeding, etc.
