We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Director of Nursing to join our dynamic team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing superior care to seniors in our community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire nursing department, ensuring that the highest standards of nursing care are maintained.
The Permanent Director of Nursing will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.

Serve as a role model for staff, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in resident care and a passion for serving seniors.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1.
Must be a Registered Nurse (#RN) with a valid nursing license in good standing.
2.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior care setting, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
3.
Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to nursing services in a senior care setting.
4.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire staff.
5.
Strong clinical skills, with a thorough understanding of the nursing process and the ability to develop and implement individualized care plans.
6.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and other stakeholders.
7.
A commitment to continual learning and improvement, with a willingness to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in senior care.
8.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
9.
Experience in a retirement community, senior living facility, or residential care setting is strongly preferred.
