The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
The candidate must be mature, responsible, reliable, and able to work with speed and accuracy while delivering stellar customer service to our patients.
Prior experience in Primary Care or Allergy & Immunology is a plus but willing to train! Essential Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provides physician support to ensure that healthcare facilities run smoothly.
They will prepare patients and rooms for examination, take vitals, obtain medical histories, perform injections, EKGs, blood draws, ear lavage, suture/staple removal, and instrument reprocessing.
They also may provide allergy testing and therapy with guidance from the physician.
They also perform administrative tasks, such as phone triage, notifying patients of results, faxes, refill requests, referrals and prior authorizations.

Anticipate physician needs to facilitate patient flow Establish and maintain effective working relations with physicians, management and staff Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Clinical experience preferred Experience with electronic medical records preferred Must be proficient in typing and good at spelling, punctuation, and grammar Must be able to communicate effectively in person, by phone and in writing Must be highly detail-oriented Must have professional demeanor, conduct, and work ethic Must be available whenever the physician is working, including early mornings and/or late evenings.
Education:
High School diploma (or equivalent) required.
Additional certification and/or degree in healthcare field preferred.
Willing to train the right candidate.
Compensation:
Compensation will be commensurate with work experience.
