Ideal candidate must be comfortable working with people, have great communication skills, pleasant personality, be able to work on computers, multitasker, and detail oriented.
Preferably bilingual (can speak spanish).
Duties include:
rooming patients, taking vitals, assisting patients and doctor when needed, entering medications and medical data into the EMR, doing EKGs, obtaining preauthorization's from insurance companies.
Requirements:
successful completion of a formal medical assistant course.
You should either have a CMA/RMA certification or be eligible for the certification examination.
We are looking for someone to stay and grow with us long term.
